Pawan, with more than 20 years of experience in the food service industry, is a co-founder of Hoi Foods, running a highly scalable network of cloud kitchens. Founded in 2017, the company has run cloud kitchens in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore for own and third party brands. In December the company launched its first premium brand called Khyber Bhatti.

After graduating from institutions like IIT Delhi and IIM Lucknow, Pawan joined his family business in the space of commercial food service equipment and technology, called Continental Equipment. Pawan grew the company to international levels while providing exclusive services to big QSR chains like McDonalds, KFC, Domino’s etc. in India, South Asia, Africa etc.

Apart from running his own businesses, Pawan is also an angel investor and mentor to many startups. Fitness and adventure enthusiast Pawan is very excited about the current startup ecosystem in the country and continues to contribute to it.
